Our USB flash drives, digital media players, and all applicable flash memory based products are purchased from authorized vendors with the highest quality, new flash memory presently available in the market. On most occasions our products utilize hardware components manufactured by Samsung, Hunix, and/or Micron (Brand may vary based on market conditions). Any product submitted back to CDP-Flash within 1 years of the original date of purchase which contains non-funtional flash memory will be replaced at no cost in a timely manner. Shipping & Production-Time Policy:
-All stock goods advertised on www.CDP-Flash.com typically ship out within 1 business. We offer all domestic UPS shipping services. The price for shipping & handling will be based on the freight estimate which is calculated during checkout. We are also happy to ship internationally upon request. -All custom goods advertisd on www.CDP-Flash.com have a standard delivery time of 12-16 days for all orders of 1000pcs or less. For orders of 1000pcs or more please allow approximately 7 day for production per 1000pcs plus 5 days for set-up & shipping. The unit price on all custom orders includes shipping via UPS International Express Saver to any destination within the USA at no additional charge.
